"Wow, the report looks great. Even though I followed you every step in the inspection, having this report is like going through the house once again. Now I have a feeling that I know the house and I know it's strengths and weaknesses. It was a real pleasure to have you as a home inspector. Great job !" Albert Balbekov, New Fairfield, CT.

Connecticut CT NY Home Inspection InspectorWelcome to the home page of Allied Home Inspections, where your house or condo will be "Inspected Once, Inspected Right". My name is Tom Schlotter and as a licensed CT and NY Home Inspector and your Consumer Advocate my goal is to provide you with a quality, professional home inspection. When you hire Allied Home Inspections you hire one of only two independent home inspectors in the NY / CT area recommended by the Independent Home Inspectors of North America. You'll get an unbiased, objective, thorough house or condo evaluation from a company that is locally owned and operated. Narrative written reports are easy to understand and are sent to you the same day as the inspection via e-mail. In your report there will also be digital pictures of items needing repair (sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words). Call me at (203) 748-0400 or (914) 438-4249 for pricing, availability, or more information on a Connecticut home inspection (CT) or NY home inspection. If you prefer you can send an email to Tom@Allied123.com.

My Promise to You: Choosing the right Connecticut home inspector or NY home inspector can be difficult. You've probably been referred to me by your lawyer, a trusted friend, or one of my former clients. Unlike most professions, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying reporting methods and pricing. One thing for sure is that a home examination requires a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort. If you permit me to inspect your new home I guarantee that I will give you my best effort. This I promise you. Please note: No referral fees are ever given or accepted by Allied Home Inspections. I don't solicit for referrals from Realtors. I work for YOU and YOU only. I promise you'll get an objective, honest report.

Problems and conditions identified during the assessment will be explained in the report, in plain english. I'll be happy to answer all your questions, both during the visual investigation AND anytime after, for as long as you own the home.

Connecticut CT IR scan and water testingDuring the inspection I will methodically inspect your prospective home and educate you on its features in order to help you understand your property.
